Cash Application Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a team of four Cash Application Specialists.
• Oversee daily cash application and timely payment processing.
• Review and approve cash application activities for accuracy.
• Resolve complex payment discrepancies with bank statements.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with AR, IT, and operations.
• Prepare regular reports on cash application metrics to management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in cash application or AR with supervisory experience.
• Experience with payment reversals, credits, and high-volume processing.
• Advanced English, written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/SUMIF/Pivot) and QuickBooks.
