Cash Collections Specialist / Revenue Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage accounts receivable collections and cash application.
• Primary contact for customers on invoices and payments.
• Build relationships with customers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and delays.
• Monitor aging to reduce delinquent balances.
• Support month-end close for AR and cash receipts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Analysis, or related finance roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and insights.
• Experience in AdTech, SaaS/Technology/Startup environments preferred.
• Strong NetSuite experience, including cash application and AR management.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, etc).
