📋 Description

• Act as primary custodian of the vault, ensuring dual control and access procedures
• Manage daily cash operations, including start-of-day releases and end-of-day balancing
• Ensure maker-checker controls are properly executed and items resolved
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and records per retention policies
• Monitor vault access, maintain logbooks, ensure authorized entry
• Conduct regular inventory, replenishment, and handling of accountable forms and obsolete stocks

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in cash handling, vault management, or branch operations in banking
• Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and risk management
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, operational environment
