Maintain payment accuracy, visibility, and audit readiness across hubs.
Review prior-day COD/MPPB delivery evidence.
Verify documentation is present: signed manifests, METRC docs, payment sheets.
Ensure payment evidence is captured at retailer location per SOP.
Confirm delivery completion and payment status in internal systems.
Oversee driver cash intake, payment bag verification, and chain-of-custody controls.

🎯 Requirements

1–2 years in cash handling, accounting support, operations, or audit.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation.
Familiarity with SOP-driven environments and compliance controls.
Comfortable working across Slack, internal systems, and shared logs.
Ability to manage time-sensitive reviews with minimal supervision.
