Cash Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Perform daily cash postings across multiple bank accounts, entities, revenue streams, and financial
• Monitor cash balances and identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, timing differences, and
• Support daily cash position reporting and provide liquidity-related insights to Treasury
• Perform high-volume daily and monthly bank reconciliations across more than 40 accounts.
• Investigate and resolve bank-account discrepancies, outstanding items, variances, and bank
• Prepare and maintain cash-related journal entries for bank fees, interest, credit card activity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in cash accounting or Accounts Receivable within a
• Experience managing large transaction datasets and multiple payment channels.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, with NetSuite experience preferred.
• Experience working with payment processors for cash receipts and Accounts Payable systems, with
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy and completeness.
