Cashmere Lab Testing & Quality Leader

📋 Description

• Lead testing and QA of cashmere materials and finished goods.
• Set and maintain standards for composition, fiber length, fineness, color.
• Supervise lab operations; ensure compliance with GB, ISO, ASTM.
• Collaborate with suppliers, brands, and third-party labs (SGS, BV, TUV, UL, Shanghai Garment Research Institute).
• Build and manage QA/QC teams; train staff; standardized testing procedures.
• Provide technical reports and data analysis to support procurement, production, and R&D decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience in cashmere or wool fiber testing, with strong knowledge of raw material analysis.
• Familiarity with international and domestic testing methods (composition, length, color, oil content for down/feather).
• Strong leadership and team management skills; able to supervise multi-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination across suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
