📋 Description

• Define and implement quality standards across raw fiber, dehaired fiber, yarns, and finished goods.
• Establish and manage a testing center, including lab protocols for fiber fineness, length, color
• Analyze how each stage of the supply chain impacts final product quality, and design preventive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cashmere or fine fiber quality management, covering raw material through
• Proven track record in establishing quality systems and laboratories.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with international testing standards (GB, ISO, ASTM).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; ability to work with suppliers in China and
