At least 2 years in CRM/Retention or marketing manager
Experience with multiple channels (email/SMS/push/popup)
Great knowledge of casino and sports players
Knowledge of industry specifics (user behavior, bonuses, game types) and KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU)
Ability to prioritize and organize operational tasks to deadlines
Knowledge of HTML and Jira would be a plus
