  • Lead Canada casino GTM across Ontario and future provinces.
  • Own day-to-day commercial performance across revenue, retention, and value.

  • Monitor KPIs like GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, and LTV.
  • Manage relationships with game providers and external partners.
  • Ensure operations comply with AGCO and iGO requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming or online casino operations (regulated markets).
  • Strong understanding of Canadian gaming landscape, Ontario, AGCO/iGO.
  • Proven ability to drive casino growth via commercial strategy and promotions.
  • Highly analytical with experience using casino KPIs and player data.
  • Understanding of casino platforms, game providers, bonusing tools, lifecycle management.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational ownership.
