CASS Oversight Manager (SMF18) (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own the CASS oversight framework to ensure compliance with CASS 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
• Work with B2B clients, sales, and client impact teams to shape CASS-compliant solutions
• Oversee daily client money calculations and internal/external reconciliations
• Manage breaches, regulatory reporting, and monthly CMAR submissions
• Keep the CASS Resolution Pack live and current
• Embed CASS into product and engineering design

🎯 Requirements

• Deep CASS expertise (CASS 6-10)
• Hands-on client asset experience in a CASS operations, oversight, or audit role
• Regulatory analysis skills and ability to translate FCA rules into operational procedures
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISI Client Assets Specialist) or accounting/audit
