Casting Strategist

📋 Description

• Source approximately 15–20 new talent candidates each week, or 60–80 per month, across Instagram
• Ensure at least 30% of sourced talent consists of UGC creators, niche voices, and non-traditional
• Respond to and fulfill talent sourcing needs across paid advertising, organic social, and TikTok
• Monitor top-performing advertising creative and proactively recommend at least one new talent
• Ensure at least 40 talent candidates complete testing each month across relevant channels.
• Own communication with approved talent throughout the entire process, from initial outreach and

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in talent sourcing, casting, influencer recruitment, or a comparable talent
• Demonstrated ability to discover and evaluate talent across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok
• Strong understanding of what makes talent effective in paid social advertising, particularly
• Experience managing a talent roster, database, or pipeline at meaningful volume while keeping
• Comfortable owning end-to-end talent communication, including outreach, follow-up, scheduling
• Experience supporting or leading negotiations with talent, agents, creators, or other external
