📋 Description

Develop and execute category sourcing strategies.
Deliver cost savings, supply continuity, quality, and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
Proven success in leading strategic sourcing events and complex contract negotiations.
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, ERP (M1 or similar), and e-sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Travel 20% for supplier meetings and industry conferences.
