Category Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end strategy, growth, and P&L of the category.
• Design customer-first financing journeys where interest is charged only on utilized amount.
• Identify new customer segments, use cases, and growth opportunities.
• Drive category performance via data-led decisions, experimentation, and optimization.
• Monitor portfolio performance, customer adoption, profitability, and key metrics.
• Work with leadership to launch and scale new initiatives as part of Paytm's new venture.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Category Management, Product Ownership, Business Management, or General Management.
• Strong experience owning and scaling a business category or product with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, marketplace ecosystems, supply chain, logistics, merchant platforms, or financial products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large portfolios, drive business growth, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.
