  • 3–5 years in a customer insight role with data analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong relationship builder connecting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident with data, tools, and analytics; translate complexity into guidance.
  • Excellent communicator able to influence and coach diverse teams.
