🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent).
• 5+ years in category management with retailers/CPGs.
• Experience embedding customer insights in category processes.
• Deliver business value through customer insights and knowledge.
• Experience with customer analytics and assortment optimization tools.
• At least 2 years supporting Category Management for retailers or CPGs.
