📋 Description

• Lead vertical GTM strategy; run Pod leadership for your verticals.
• Own and update the GTM Playbook from learnings and market research.
• Define product strategy for your verticals and drive revenue growth.
• Shape strategy to align merchant needs with Extend offerings.
• Lead cross-functional work to influence product roadmap and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in retail category management, product strategy, or similar.
• Proven ownership from idea through launch and enablement.
• Strong ability to research, synthesize info, and present insights.
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools and Excel (data modeling, forecasting).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to leadership.
• Comfort with day-to-day deal/pricing support and autonomous roadmap decisions.
• Detail-oriented, process-minded, with strong prioritization.
