Manages category for electronics (wiring harness, electronics assemblies, OEM parts)
Leads supplier scorecarding and supplier business reviews
Negotiates long-term volume pricing, risk mitigation, and capacity agreements

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of supply chain experience in regulated industry
Strategic sourcing principles: six-step sourcing process, category strategy development
Strong negotiation skills and proven savings
Experience with kanban and lean principles
Working knowledge of buying, material planning, master scheduling, forecasting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
