Category Manager Animal Health & Nutrition - M/F

📋 Description

• Category Manager oversees a category of products and drives product performance &
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, technologies, customers’ needs and
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product value proposition and deployment of portfolio
• Develop and implement action plans for product pre- and post-launch phases.
• Track KPIs to assess product success and optimize sales; support sales with updated marketing
• Develop and execute internal & external marketing training plans for sales teams and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration and/or technical engineering in Agriculture
• At least 10 years of experience in product management in Animal nutrition & health industry.
• Fluent in English; another language (French) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work in a matrix and
• Open minded, team player, and proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools (or equivalent).
