Category Manager - Non-Fashion

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit top-tier commercial sellers, distributors, and brand retailers across Home
• Lead commercial negotiations regarding commissions, payment terms, co-marketing budgets, and
• Oversee end-to-end vendor onboarding, ensuring technical catalog integration, logistics setup, and
• Manage day-to-day key account relationships through performance reviews, inventory optimization
• Analyze category benchmarks, pricing trends, and product availability in Greece and CEE to identify
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Tech Integration, Customer Support)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or a related
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or category management within e-commerce or
• Direct experience handling non-fashion categories, specifically Home & Furniture, Consumer
• Advanced negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close complex commercial deals with
• Sharp data interpretation skills with an ability to analyze sales reports, margin profiles, and
• Strong command of English and Greek, both written and spoken; proficiency in Romanian is a plus.
