📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing for raw materials across ops.
• Negotiate supplier contracts; manage commercial risk.
• Monitor markets, feedstock trends, capacity and costs.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity in procurement.
• Lead sustainability and productivity initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years in chemical procurement, sourcing, or category mgmt preferred.
• ERP SAP experience; advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.
• Six Sigma/Lean or supply chain certs preferred.
• Strong data analysis, market insight, and decision-making.
• Know commodity markets, supplier dynamics, risk mgmt.
