• Own sneakers category end-to-end within a new initiative.
• Define growth strategy, goals, and operating rhythms.
• Be the market and culture expert for sneakers—maintain current knowledge of sellers, creators, and

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in category management, partnerships, marketplace growth, or related roles in sneakers or
• Deep culture fluency and credibility with sellers and community members.
• Data-literate and commercially minded with pricing, liquidity, and incentives understanding.
• Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and capable of building from the ground up.
