Category Manager (WM)

📋 Description

• Own category performance: forecast, monitor, and report; drive projects and trading strategy.
• Define Wolt Market assortment; update store-level catalog to meet customer needs.
• Lead supplier negotiations to set goals, reduce costs, and grow the P&L.
• Influence category design; contribute to new product groups for growth.
• Create business plans for new opportunities; launch features with merchandising and pricing.
• Continually improve and automate manual processes to scale the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in category management (grocery retail or key accounts) with results.
• Strong communication skills; experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Highly analytical, self-starting; thrives in a high-energy environment.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Strategic and operational thinker with attention to detail.
