📋 Description

• Analyse category, product and promotional performance, preparing reports and insights to improve
• Support new product listings and maintain accurate supplier and product information across stores.
• Support Category Managers in preparing supplier negotiations, following up on agreed actions and
• Coordinate promotional plans with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate details and
• Implement pricing updates, campaigns and category projects, keeping trackers and timelines up to
• Collaborate with inventory management, marketing, finance and retail systems teams to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in category management, commercial support or coordination within retail
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability
• A commercial mindset and an understanding of how assortment, pricing and promotions influence sales
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and
• Clear and professional communication skills in Serbian and English, with the ability to build
