Manage day-to-day performance of assigned categories via analysis and execution.
Own the promo plan and coordinate pricing updates.
Monitor sales, profitability, assortment performance, and KPIs.
Support assortment planning and optimize product selection.
Build and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Content, Marketing, and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

1–3 years in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Retail, FMCG, or ecommerce.
Experience working with suppliers and commercial negotiations.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actions.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional English and Greek.
