Catering & Events Sales Coordinator

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential catering and event prospects through email and phone
• Make outbound calls to generate catering and event opportunities
• Respond to inbound catering and event inquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate catering options
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities forward
• Maintain organized records of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account coordination, or a similar role
• Experience in DTC food & beverage, catering, events, restaurants, or hospitality is strongly
• Experience with catering or event sales is a strong plus
• Experience using a POS system is preferred
