CDD KYC Knowledge & Training manager

📋 Description

• Maintain a single source of truth for SOPs and procedures
• Govern SOP changes and communicate them effectively
• Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training for analysts
• Develop and maintain clear QA guidelines
• Design end-to-end QA frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with First line, Compliance, PMs, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CDD/KYC compliance, QA, or governance roles
• Experience in knowledge management, training/L&D, or QA/SOP frameworks
• Deep understanding of CDD frameworks and regulatory nuances
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
• Cross-functional stakeholder management
