📋 Description

• Execute KYC and CDD procedures.
• Collect and analyze customer data monthly; document changes.
• Perform KYC checks on merchants; collect/verify docs.
• Guide merchants; first point of contact for CDD reviews.
• Drive process improvements; provide automation feedback.
• Collaborate with Chicago and global risk teams for consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in CDD/EDD/KYC.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF, CDD, EDD, and payment risks.
• Strong sense of responsibility; prioritize tasks by business needs.
• Curious; think outside the box.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; works with diverse teams.
• Willing to travel ~10% annually.
