Cell Build Technician

📋 Description

• Inspect, organize, and assemble components and battery cells using SOPs.
• Manage parts and consumables inventories for standard builds.
• Escalate non-conforming components to a manufacturing engineer or supervisor.
• Perform hands-on lab work to support battery cell teardowns and failure analysis.
• Document teardown findings and communicate results to Engineering teams.
• Organize and maintain lab space, champion safety in the lab.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as technician or hands-on role with materials, mechanics, or batteries.
• Detail-oriented with assembly or similar technical tasks.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset.
• Experience with handheld power tools in industrial settings (plus).
• Proactive self-starter with strong communication and organization.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable with PPE/chemicals.
