Center Manager (PACE)

📋 Description

• Oversee daily PACE Center operations and staff.
• Ensure safe, efficient, participant-centered care delivery.
• Coordinate clinical, social, and operational workflows with IDT.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with CMS, DHCS, ADHC standards.
• Partner with Medical Director and Practice Operations to meet goals.
• Lead a collaborative, high-performance center culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, Public Health, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years leading teams in senior care/elder care settings.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and accountability.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with clinicians, leaders, stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining compliance with CMS, DHCS, and regulatory standards.
