Center Manager (PACE)

📋 Description

• Oversee daily PACE Center ops, staffing, scheduling, and service coordination.
• Lead clinical, social, and operational staff across center workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, DHCS, ADHC, and state regs.
• Partner with Medical Director and Clinical Services leadership to meet goals and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, compliant center environment and foster teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Public Health.
• 3-5 years leading teams in senior care with elderly populations.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and meet goals.
• Strong cross-functional communication with clinicians and leaders.
• Willingness to travel between work sites as needed.
