📋 Description

• Take operational excellence and integration initiatives from concept to implemented reality.
• Translate an improvement plan into milestones, owners, and decisions.
• Drive integration workstreams from planning through execution and adoption.
• Build steering frameworks turning data into metrics and targets.
• Identify processes to simplify, scale, or de-risk, delivering measurable impact.
• Own central tooling (Asana, Front): set standards, train, and develop.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in fast-paced environment owning complex problems end-to-end.
• Strong analytical thinking: distill problems to core facts others can act on.
• Effective communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams.
• Excellent project management: run multiple workstreams with limited oversight.
• Comfortable shaping initial ideas into concrete, implemented plans.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented, with quality under tight timelines.
