Central Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide support for specific retail operational areas (SilverLake, Streamline, Vertex, Store
• Administer function-specific systems and user access for related applications.
• Assist in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity testing and critical bankwide projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them with measurable results.
• Support annual SilverLake release: updates, defect reviews, testing, training docs, and support.
• Post updates to BannerNet to assist in problem resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 0 to 2 years of clerical, bank, and/or client service experience with retail banking or operations
• Excellent customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence others.
• Ability to work independently; proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new technologies.
