Central Operations Support Executive (PwD)

📋 Description

• Remote operational support for daily site performance and coordination with field teams, sellers
• Monitor performance metrics and identify trends or disruptions needing attention.
• Coordinate between sellers, field executives, and internal/external stakeholders for timely
• Provide guidance and training to sellers; ensure adherence to processes and standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve consistency and scalability.
• Support rollout of new processes, features, and initiatives; maintain cross-team communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years in operations support or related roles.
• Bachelor’s in a quantitative/technical field (CS, Engineering, Statistics, etc.).
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify operational issues.
• Detail-oriented with a mindset for process impact and ownership.
• Good communication and stakeholder management; proficient in Excel.
• Basic SQL knowledge; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
