• Provide 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions on the Mento Platform.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• CEO/C-suite with 20+ years leading teams and coaching individuals.
• Wants to turn people leadership into coaching skills.
• Self-aware with high emotional IQ; safe space for vulnerability.
• Growth-minded; eager to enhance coaching skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
• Can commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months.
