Certification Manager

📋 Description

• Develop performance-based ClickHouse certification exams on use cases like real-time analytics
• Work with company SMEs to create job task analyses for exams
• Grade and maintain all certification exams, including writing grading scripts
• Develop quizzes for course completion badges
• Establish a community presence for ClickHouse certified pros via social media and meetups
• Track and report metrics and KPIs of the certification program

🎯 Requirements

• A self-motivated attitude that provides you with the desire and determination to complete projects in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven experience developing cert exams and quizzes for technical audiences
• Experience with SQL
• Breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, big data
• You have a high level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively
