The Certification Program Manager builds DDN's external certification program from the ground up.
Reports to Enablement leadership and creates structure, learning paths, assessments, credentialing
Targets partners, customers, and field audiences to demonstrate readiness on DDN solutions.

🎯 Requirements

Experience building or managing certification, credentialing, learning, enablement, partner
Ability to structure learning paths and define readiness outcomes
Clear writing and content development to turn inputs into usable certification materials
Comfort with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders
Understanding of how partners, customers, field teams use certification and training
Strong program management skills for timelines, dependencies, governance, and reporting
