• Serve as equity-compensation expert for members
• Meet clients remotely on budgeting, retirement, equity, taxes
• Apply LearnLux methodology to real client situations
• Lead engagement campaigns for employer partners (webinars)
• Become fluent in client benefit plans; act as their team extension
• Collaborate with content team on outlines, lessons, and videos

🎯 Requirements

• Active CFP designation with 5+ years post-designation
• Hands-on experience advising holistic financial plans incl. equity comp and taxes
• Comfort moving between high-net-worth and everyday financial guidance
• Drive to help people take control of their financial future
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative
• Broad experience across retirement, investments, budgeting, debt, taxes
