📋 Description

• Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical
• Ensure patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
• Execute patient enrollment and retention activities with focus and follow-through
• Perform intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately
• Enter clinical data accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment (Required)
• Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license (Preferred)
• B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university (Preferred)
• Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position (Preferred)
• Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role (Preferred)
