Certified Medical Assistant/Clinic Coordinator (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Support patient intakes, serve as a primary contact for patients, efficiently triage urgent medical
• Assist with patient outreach, follow-up, care coordination, and clinical work queues.
• Support medication, pharmacy, lab, and other clinical workflows within MA scope.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Partner with RNs, providers, and other care team members to support timely patient care.
• Assists with the operations and office administration as needed at our on-site Boulder Care Ohio

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Certified Medical Assistant
• Active, nationally recognized Medical Assistant Certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Minimum of one year experience in navigating the behavioral health system, substance use treatment
• Exceptional clinical skills working with a care team to achieve outcomes enriching people's lives
• Expertise in toggling between multiple platforms in a fast-paced remote environment
