🎯 Requirements

• National Certification in Medical Assisting (AAMA, NHA, NCCT, NAHP, or similar)
• Residence in the US
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Empathy and ability to connect with patients and families
• Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and management
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working across different medical practices and teams
