Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Personal Care Aide (PCA)

📋 Description

• Provide personal care and homemaker services per written plan of care at clients’ homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care).
• Support household tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding; perform range of motion exercises as directed.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers; use mechanical lifting devices as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and remind about medications; offer companionship and safety in the home.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in home health care and providing compassionate, client-centered support.
• Ability to follow a written care plan and work with a BAYADA care team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reliability and flexibility in scheduling.
