Per-diem home health visits for clients in Lexington and/or Richland counties, SC.
Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home.
Must be listed on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
Must have reliable transportation.
Complete BAYADA Competency Evaluation and meet state requirements.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team in home health setting.

At least one year of verifiable work experience.
Reliable transportation.
Listed on SC Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
English proficiency (read/write/communicate).
Criminal background check completed.
