Certified Nurse's Assistant- Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• This CNA will perform ~10 visits/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am–5pm.
• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.
• Serve clients in Davidson and Williamson counties while remaining at home.
• Join a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centered home health care.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must be listed on TN Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
