Certified Nursing Assistant, (CNA) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients
• Complete home health visits in Johnston and Wake counties
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary health care team
• 1:1 patient care with flexible schedules
• Assist with activities of daily living and essential tasks
• Ensure safe, compassionate care in clients' homes

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of work experience (preferred)
• Active North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry in good standing
• Strong reading/writing/communication in English
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Criminal background check completed
• Meet state requirements and team-oriented values
