📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients at home.
• Complete visits for clients located in Warren and Vance counties (per-diem schedule).
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team with a focus on patient-centered care.

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed and meet state requirements.
