Provide 1:1 hospice care in clients' homes
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Bathing, grooming, toileting and nail care
Light housekeeping and home safety support
Range of motion exercises and mobility assistance
Vital signs checks and medication assistance

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year CNA/HHA experience
Current Certified Nursing Assistant license
Hospice experience welcomed, but training provided
Ability to travel locally to cases
Compassionate, reliable, patient-focused
Excellent communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary team
