📋 Description

• Provide home health visits to Lehigh County clients.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team delivering home health services.
• Must be a CNA with PA Nurse Aide Registry and a car.
• Flexible schedules and 1:1 patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active PA Nurse Aide Registry, in good standing.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
