📋 Description

  • Collaborate with the Rehabilitation team to implement care plans.
  • Provide restorative OT services at the center and in participants' homes.
  • Work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Help maximize independence, safety, and ADLs for participants.

🎯 Requirements

  • OTA associate’s degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid California OTA license or proof of license eligibility.
  • Minimum of two years OTA experience with frail/elderly population.
  • OTA knowledge to treat frail elderly participants with complex needs.
  • Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience ideal.
