Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

📋 Description

• Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist
• Assist the Occupational Therapist in obtaining vital signs, ranges of motion, and strength testing
• Coordinate with other members of the Rehabilitation team to implement activities and programs based
• Handle scheduling of participants' treatments, clinical visits, and billing
• Document occupational therapy interventions in accordance with established care plans including but

🎯 Requirements

• Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) associate's degree from an accredited program
• Valid California OTA license, or proof of license eligibility
• OTA knowledge necessary to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience (preferred)
