Partner with an experienced home health Occupational Therapist
Follow care plans and work 1:1 with patients to improve function and ADL/IADL
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to support independence
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Hawaii OTA license required
Willing to travel in assigned territory
OTA curriculum accredited by AMA and AOTA
Two years OTA experience with proficiency exam
At least one year of OT supervision experience
